Depending on when you pick up or receive this issue of Italia!, Easter will either be just around the corner or it would have passed you by (it’s very early this year). Of course, the celebration of Easter in Western societies is associated with chocolate (and eggs in all their guises), but who needs an excuse to indulge in a bit of the dark stuff, no matter what the time of year?
