The celebration of chocolate on specific days of the year, what’s not to love!
Working with chocolate every day you might of thought that we wouldn’t get as excited when celebrating a National, International or World Chocolate Day, but you would be mistaken! Here at Trulli Baci we love to celebrate chocolate in all its glory and jump at the chance to celebrate wherever and whenever we can.
To celebrate this unique and special day we could think of no better chocolate to spend the day with then a box of Baci Perugina. A unknown gem about these chocolates is that they’re not just a fantastic chocolate praline, but they are also perfect ingredients for creating desserts that have the unmistakable taste and texture of Baci’s gianduia chocolate.
Here’s one or our favourite Baci chocolate recipes that you at home can try.
MaxiBaci with Raspberry’s
- 4x Baci Perugina
- 1 portion (284g) of brownies
- 2 tablespoon raspberry jam
- 57g of fine Dark Chocolate
- 113g Double Cream
- 1 tablespoon of custard sugar
Heat the cream in a saucepan with the sugar and chocolate, melt to obtain a silky creamy texture and remove from the heat.
Cut the brownie in half and spread the raspberry jam.
Place the two half brownies together and cut in 4 cubes.
Drop the chocolate glaze on top of the 4 biscuits with a spoon to cover all the surface so it creates a shiny chocolate glaze.
Place the Baci chocolates and the raspberries on top and chill for 15 minutes before serving.
