General Delivery Information
We deliver to every corner of the European continent.
Please be advised that if you're ordering from outside the UK, then the delivery process may vary depending on your individual postal service.
Our UK delivery process and charges are detailed below:
- We offer a Standard delivery service (2-3 working days)
- All deliveries are made between 08.30 and 18.00 on Mondays to Saturdays by our professional courier partners. (MyHermes & Royal Mail)
- All orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the option to either cancel your order or we will arrange to fulfil your order at the first opportunity.
- For all orders, delivery costs will vary depending on the item/s weight and chosen shipping option.
To see all costs, simply add the desired item/s to your shopping basket and a total sum will appear at the checkout before payment. Once you have placed your order, it is packed and as soon as it’s been dispatched you will receive a dispatched confirmation email that very same day.
We currently offer standard delivery on all item shipping, please note that the average delivery time is between 2-4 days. Despite our best effort, we have no control over the item during the delivery process. Therefore, delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control.
Standard Mail is the cheapest option but carries no insurance. Please note that Truli Baci cannot be held responsible for any losses, costs, damages incurred by the customer for any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
If you believe your item is lost or has gone missing, then please email email@example.com and we will look into this for you.
Please note, we will not ship packages over the weekend: these packages will be held until the following Monday. This is to avoid products being stored in a non-climate controlled shipping facility over the weekend which could damage or compromise the item.
Remember chocolate is very sensitive to warm temperatures and as such you can help us to ensure that your product arrives in good condition by arranging delivery to an air-conditioned location, especially if you’re ordering at the height of summer.
We do our absolute best to make sure your chocolate will get to you in a fast and delicate manner, but once the chocolate leaves our premises we cannot control the conditions in which the chocolate might be exposed to.
